Support to stop smoking is available in Trinity.  Free courses are run in January, May and September. All welcome.

Trinity Access – Foundation Course (Mature students)

The Foundation Course offers another way to third level for Mature Students whose social, cultural and economic experience has prevented them from going to college. It prepares students, both personally and academically, to study for a degree. On successful completion of the Foundation Course students receive a Level 6 Certificate in Foundation Studies for Higher Education from Trinity College.

Social Walk/Jog/Run

This social walk/jog/run group for Trinity students, staff, alumni and friends will get you done and dusted in 30 minutes.  Here’s how: 1.05-1.10: Warm up as a group; 1.10-1.30: Join one of three groups (Walkers; Joggers: Runners) for 20 minutes of exercise to circle Trinity's Fitness Trail.  1.30-1.35: Cool down as a group.

Healthy Habits Workshop

Motivational interviewing for groups of 6-8 people available focused on food, exercise and or smoking.  If you have a group, please email Martina Mullin on [email protected].  If you would like to join a Trinity group, we run courses twice a week.
