Support to stop smoking is available in Trinity.  Free courses are run in January, May and September. All welcome.

Social Walk/Jog/Run

This social walk/jog/run group for Trinity students, staff, alumni and friends will get you done and dusted in 30 minutes.  Here’s how: 1.05-1.10: Warm up as a group; 1.10-1.30: Join one of three groups (Walkers; Joggers: Runners) for 20 minutes of exercise to circle Trinity's Fitness Trail.  1.30-1.35: Cool down as a group.

Healthy Habits Workshop

Motivational interviewing for groups of 6-8 people available focused on food, exercise and or smoking.  If you have a group, please email Martina Mullin on [email protected].  If you would like to join a Trinity group, we run courses twice a week.

Book Club – Trinity College

The Trinity Centre for Literary & Cultural Translation hosts a book club on the third Tuesday of the month (during term) to discuss a piece of recently translated literature, usually fiction. New members are always welcome and may drop in and out as it suits. Admission is free.
